The Falcher family is Jamaican-American, and everything on the bus comes from what got cooked at home. When we couldn't find the food we grew up on anywhere in Salt Lake, we stopped looking and started cooking it ourselves.

Forty feet of converted school bus later, we're feeding weddings, company parties, block parties and anybody who walks up hungry. Pull up and it's not just an order, it's the whole thing: the food, the music, the people.
